i am alive, i am well, i have a cat, I've been training MMA for over a year and am currently injured, should be back training in 2-3 weeks, and with my spare time i had while injured i decided to make this, i know its not normal for this channel, in fact its quite abnormal, but i hope you like it. Unfortunately i can not see myself making the usual UKposts videos or streaming on twitch anytime soon, nor for the foreseeable future. i feel i have finally found purpose in my life (MMA), and quite frankly with everything happening on the internet at the moment, i would much prefer to focus on myself and improve my life outside the internet, do some living, and make something of myself. i would strongly advise any of my viewers and anyone reading to do the same, i only use my socials for what i deem necessary, which does not include constant scrolling and consumption without creation.

MARK MY WORDS, this is an edited message, I am noting this down now so I do not forget it. There will be an epidemic In years to come, an epidemic of costochondritis. it will more than likely take up a global scale. i can not say how many years because of the individuality of the condition i:e it's relative to each person depending on their circumstances. But remember this, one of the leading causes of Costochondritis Is the "i hunch". what is this? you ever see people walking around attached to their phone screen with terrible posture, closed up, looking down at their phone? that is the "i hunch" and you may be doing this as you read, if so, stop it, posture up, straighten your back and carry on this way for the rest of your life to save yourself the trouble of developing this condition. I have had costochondritis for over a year at the time of writing this. I am personally nearly at the end of my journey out of this condition. once i have beaten it for sure i will make a video detailing everything to do with the condition and everything i did to combat it. A complete A-Z of my journey. why will there be an epidemic? because there are next to no medical professionals that have a clue about the root cause of this condition. they will all say it is a mysterious inflammation, or just the inflammation of the breast bone joint and the chest muscles. if you don't know what this condition is like, think about how often you use your chest muscles. Now every time you do, there is a pain similar to tennis elbow, but in your breast bone joint. and also every time you breathe in deeply. yeah... sounds horrific right?
If you happen to have this condition or think you do and you have come across my video, you can seek help, type in "Steve august costochondritis" in to google/youtube, either should work. His body of work to do with this condition is what helped me and thousands of other unfortunate people get better, or at the very least gave us a fighting chance. It is curable, and not chronic, i was told my the doctors in the UK that my condition was chronic, I almost gave up at that point... Almost ;)
Could this be a purposeful event? i don't want to think so. however the evidence presented in-front of me suggests that there is no support for this condition in the health care system, possibly for a reason. You can not control healthy, physically and mentally strong people. once again i dearly hope this is not true, if it is i do not think that phones were invented for this purpose, if anything it would be a coincidence that they just decided to go with. Once again, I hope this is not the case.
