Knitted bags are becoming increasingly popular. Such products look stylish and beautiful.
Not only knitted string bags are in fashion, but also large shopping bags. And, of course, small accessories are always appreciated - small handbags, purses, which will fit only the necessary things.
Before starting work, you need to select the material. Any thread is suitable for bags: knitting yarn, special polyester cords of different thicknesses and colors, they are very strong, this is completely different from yarn for knitting clothes. There are cotton cords. The smoking rope was perfect for me.
Next you need to choose a pattern, the Internet can help us, from thousands of diagrams and descriptions you can choose your own. For my bag I took the granny square pattern. Knitting starts from the center and is knitted in the round.
Patterns make the life of any knitter much easier. My pattern consists of air loops and double crochets, and there are also connecting loops.
Basic moments:
1) Row 1 consists of 5 air loops that are connected in a circle.
2) 2nd row. 3 chain stitches (chain), 15 double crochets.
3) 3rd row. 3rd century p., 15 double crochets. but there are air loops between them.
4) 4th row. 3rd century p., they are also knitted with double crochets, but where there were air sangs in the previous row, we knit 2 double crochets.
5) 5 row. We alternate 5th century. p and 3 v. p. every two loops.
6) 6th row. Where in the previous row there were 5 v. p., knit 5 double crochets, 3 in. p., 5 double crochets. Connecting loop, 3 ch. from the previous row. 7 double crochets. We alternate this knitting. It turns out that there are 3 ins between the double crochets. n. - these are the corners of the grandmother's square.
7) 7 row. Air loops according to the diagram.
8) Row 8 consists of double crochets, only in the corners we knit 3 ch.
Everything is very clear in this diagram.
- Next, we tie the pattern with single crochets.
- The reverse side is knitted entirely with single crochets.
- I connected the finished 2 parts together with a pigtail.
- I made a tassel for decoration.
- It’s better to take a ready-made pen from another handbag; a chain will do.
