Put broccoli in boiling water.
Salt.

Cauliflower 400 gr.
Put cauliflower in boiling water.
Salt.
milk 2 tablespoons.
Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion over medium heat.
1 carrot.
Fry for a few more minutes.
1 garlic.
Mushrooms.
Add mushrooms.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper.
stir vegetables.
cherry tomatoes.
4 eggs, salt.
sunflower oil 5 tablespoons.
Flour 130 gr.
Milk 500ml / 2.5 cups.
Parsely.
