I love playing with the Goth family! Whenever Cassandra rebels I dye her hair blond and dress her in pink lol

the nursery is super on point as any time i become friends with bella in my saves, she always keeps having children and almost always stays an adult through out my entire gameplay because she's constantly pregnant. even after mortimer dies 😭

EA not asking you to build their lots for them is appalling to me. Absolutely perfect every build you touch. My favorite builder hands down.

Great reno, I think your proportions are much more Victorian. The Vampire trim really adds the right detail, and the Victorians were all about detail. Wallpapers are wonderful, but would drive me nuts IRL.

The casual "absolutely go to hell" @11:10 had me ugly laughing, it just really sums up the experience of using build mode 😂

this is awesome! could you make a house for L. Faba? i think she has potential for a really cool and unique wacky, witchy build tbh and i don’t think i’ve ever seen a build for her on here. with the odd skin and pink hair/eyes + her being the Sage of Mischief, i always saw her as some kind of fey. i’m not even sure the vibe she’d go for - medieval? victorian/steampunk? cottage? a combination?

I’ve always been bothered by the Goth house not having a graveyard-they don’t even really have the room for it!-but I think adding a basement mausoleum would be really cool.

I love this! I love that teddy bat, it's the only one of the giant teddies that doesn't have a reflection in mirrors and I'm here for that little detail 😂 The only thing I would add is a violin in Cassandra's room because I think she has that skill (although that might just be in my game 😅)

Considering the very limited array of objects you chose to use, this build is fantastic! I'm absolutely convinced that you could've detailed it even more using more packs, but I enjoy the low-detail approach using fewer packs! You also improved the exterior so much without changing the basic shape too much, something I couldn't do when I renovated this. This just shows that it all comes down to scale, spacing, and balance, both on the exterior and the interior. Very nice!

This is the Goth house we deserve! I have to put this in my game, it looks great! I also use the modern version you've done for the savefile sometimes I even modify it for my other sims.

Love what you did with the old girl. Really beautiful renovation. It has a much more elegant shape and roofline. I think Cassandra's room is my favorite. Not my taste either, but that's the great thing about the Sims. We can explore all different designs and lifestyles risk-free. Thanks for a great escape.

Lovely renovation! When I redid the Goth house in my game I went very glam goth and used a lot of black marble and those amazingly garish curtains from get famous in one of the red swatches. It’s always fun to Reno this house because you can take it in a few different directions.

I don't know why I stopped watching it for so long...Maybe I needed a bit of a detox from the Simd 4 content after experiening crazy FOMO from all the expansions and kits that I don't yet own (I used to buy every single new pack, but in this economy? SHEESH lol) but I'm so glad to be back watching your videos. The Goth family home definitely needed a makeover and I think you added the perfect bit of flair and the necessary reductions needed to keep it the same, yet give a new refined air to it.
