Man it’s hard to think this video is nearly 8 months old. I remember starting my first profile right before the first episode came out, and thought “man, 500m isn’t *that* hard!” before seeing yes, it really is. About a month ago I got co-op scammed and lost that profile. Just made a new one earlier today and already wondered why I took a break. Honestly, this game is (though very grindy) really fun. I’ve been looking for games to play thought I’d try skyblock again. And I’m glad I did. Since the start of this series, most of the no requirement bugs have been fixed, and juju shortbow has been nerfed to eman 5. Along with that, as mentioned in the video, the souls have been nerfed on endermen

So this is one of my first Hypixel Skyblock vids and it looks really interesting and I want to get into it, but seeing all the prices and all the times Rage said he would never be able to do this stuff on his 3000-hour main makes me really question the economy. I know p2w is the entire point of this video but I've played my fair share of MMOs where whale-driven inflation has made the auction house basically unusable to the vast majority of normal players when it comes to getting anything halfway decent, and I'm curious if it's a similar case here
