At some point I was yelling at my phone: “GET HER OUT! GET HER OUT!” When she started panicking like that and got even angrier when nobody did anything about it… And yet she did it. Jesus Michelle, you’re the definition of a BADASS. You’re such an inspiration to me. Absolutely incredible. You go, girl!!!

@@j_a.0definitely, the “cut it” neck sign was used in rehearsal as her signal she wasn’t okay and needed out, not to mention the lid seems to just sit on top for easy outside removal in case of her going unconscious, they could get her out in a few seconds. part of dangerous performances is letting the danger happen and only calling it when absolutely necessary! and i don’t know how much of it was happening here, but many people who do these style of tricks amp up the fear factor by “panicking” or saying their breath hold is lower than they really have to make the tension and entertainment value better!

If you don't have the connections or exposure, though, that won't happen, and it becomes much less attractive for people not in that position to decide to do these things (anyway).

After the firsts signs of panick i actually stop breathing and got really scared that no one was gonna free her in time, when she did the impossible my body instantly started to breath and i realised how stressful it must have been for her family. The fact that she went over 45 secs past what she had maxed out on just shows that Michelle doesn’t give up until she’s given it her all! I wonder if she was feeling the contractions they had talked about near the beginning. Michelle, you are such an inspiration to others, showing that if you just try your hardest, you can overcome some of your most darkest fears! ❤️

I feel like, she had more time and did it for dramatic effect. Because 45 seconds past the supposed max would be too much imo and she stopped several times and just looked around. Anyone who is truly strugging to breath, only focuses on the task. She waited on purpose to get the last lock down, since she knew she had time (or she felt she had a lot of breath so she built the anticipation by waiting on purpose.) Am not downgrading the achievement. Its really hard. But anyone sane, can tell that the last bits were overdramatized. She wouldn't have been looking around TWICE when her life could've been in danger. It wasn't yet, because she either did it really well, or lied to us about her best time. Its amazing though! Just overdramatized in my opinion. If you don't believe me, rewatch the end. There were moments where she could've been unlocking, yet she waited.

In the video, her best time in the pool was 3 minutes when she’s at her best. Upside down during rehearsal was 2 minutes but pretty sure having to reorient yourself and trying to lower your anxiety requires slowing down. Getting frustrated with being unable to open the lock would’ve just lowered her breath-hold. Needing to lower the heart rate before attempting again is my guess at why she had to pause. It’s amazing what will-power, determination, and mindset can do for you. Am at awe with Michelle’s bravery and willingness to learn.

I've been watching Michelle for a while now. This is without a doubt the scariest and the most heart wrenching video that I've ever seen her do. Her best time was 2 minutes, but she lasted 2 minutes 45. I was scared for her, that's the truth. I am so glad that she made it, and I will be waiting in anticipation of what she will do next. As I said in my comment, Michelle is without a doubt UKpostss dare devil. I doubt any other UKpostsr would even attempt this kind of stunt/trick.

@@Haldun_ they definitely had her practice until she could exceed her 2min best time before that stunt. You are exactly right. But it was still crazy nonetheless. I mean, the amount of waivers and liability insurance that needs to happen for something like this is wild so they could never take a chance allowing her to exceed her practice times by that much. It all boils down to safety.

The way I got up from the chair when I saw Michelle couldn't breathe and seemed she was about to give up... oh my god this was nerve-wracking. I of course cried at the end as well. I built such tension watching this, and I don't say this as a bad thing, I loved it and she crushed this challenge. Bravo, Michelle. I'm in awe. Can't wait for the next challenges 🤎

I did the same exact things! Stood up pleading that she could find the strength to keep holding her breath and finish safely and then I cried with relief as the crowd roared & applauded! Whew! Emotional roller coaster extreme!!!

The most impressive woman I know of♥ Michelle you blow my mind with every new challenge you attempt, and whether you complete it or fail the challenge, your dedication, passion, resilience & heart make you a winner in every book! Even attempting this is beyond my imagination & I think God was with you at the live event because how you managed to do that long after your body was ready to give up...but you didn't??? You're crazy for not calling quits, but so incredibly brave & stupid for pushing through it♥ Gosh that scared me...please don't do that ever again😂

The moments she stopped just to look at the public while being in the tank eyes wide open, was I think planned, but nonless absolutly terrifying! Taking the time to act making it even more dramatic just really shows how much dedication and hard work she put into this to being able to show this amazing performance.
