new to your videos, i tried looking on your page to see why your doing daily ice baths but couldn't find any info? does it have medical benefits or just something you enjoy doing? i would think their would be some medical or health benefits just don't know what?

She takes ice baths because it helps keep her energy up and she loves ice baths because she gets it from her mother thats why she's always so energetic i hope that helped😊

I think you should stop throwing exercise weights when your daughter is sitting right next to your target. What if the pieces of ice are thrown at your daughter or your hand slips, and the weight ends up flying towards your daughter. It is such basic common sense not to throw such heavy objects when your own child is near the traveling path of the projectile.

When you get pregnant you will start to have alot of emotions and its just hard to deal with but if you take ice baths you will be energetic and happy cause if its cold and you just woke up and your mood is every bad even at 10:35 12:9 or 11:34 you can take ice baths to help you get energetic and emotions happy but she gets it from her mom im sorry if you don't understand but i want people understand so yeah i hope it helps😊

You know you don’t need to do this ice bath in the ice cold winter you’re gonna freeze to death. You should stop doing this go back inside it and keep warm both of you.
