Looks like fun! Your laser cutter makes life a lot easier I should think. Not like us mere mortals, sawing away with hand tools! Looking forward to the next stage.

Great stuff Cliff, love the intake you made. Does concern me that you have no access to the motor after. Looking great, you will have yours built before mine 😂

The motor will be buried a bit but things are more reliable these days aren't they(?), besides I'll probably break the model before the motor needs attention! There's probably less than half the pieces in mine so even if I slowed dramatically it'll still be done fairly quickly, anyway yours is built up which makes for a more satisfying build, cheers

I am so excited Cliff! I was wondering what your plan was. I actually considered it might be a Hunter, but I thought it might be a Vampire instead. I'd have been interested either way! Looking very forward to part two!

Strangely, I came across this plan the other day. Just finished the Jetworks Hawk so this'll be next I think. Great to have some guidance and avoid at least some mistakes...thanks Cliff😊

Really interesting seeing you build up the balsa in such a size and strength. I am just starting the peanut Beau with 1mm strips that are really flimsy! Looking forward to more progress on this one!

Fabulous video. It's especially useful to me because I've just bought a 50mm Tony Nijhuis Hunter, which has a fan and speed controller but no servos or snakes or anything! I'd rather avoid dismantling the whole thing, so I can't wait for the next instalment to see how/when you install the elevator snakes/servo!

Hi Duncan, I'll be adding the elevator snakes in the next video and probably preparing the servo positions but if I don't get as far as the servos I'll be sure to talk about them off the plan, cheers

The hunter is a favourite of mine having been hunter groundcrew in the RAF for 5 years do it as neville dukes f mk 4 in red

Cliff, I've wondered if you find a difference between white glue and Titebond (aliphatic resin)? They certainly seem to smell and perform similarly.

Hi Cal, I've used Titebond quite a lot but the Speedbond seems to set a little quicker, probably not much in it though, cheers
