*Ingredients* For the base: 350g digestive biscuits 180g unsalted butter, melted For the cheesecake filling: 200g Kinder chocolate 500ml double cream 500g cream cheese 120g icing sugar For the ganache: 200g Kinder chocolate 120ml double cream For the topping: Kinder pieces 1) Crush the digestive biscuits in a blender, or put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. 2) Pour the crushed biscuits and butter into a bowl and mix them together. 3) Pour it into an 8" cake tin and press down firmly. 4) Add the Kinder chocolate to a microwavable bowl and put it in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 5) Set the chocolate aside to cool. 6) In a new bowl, whisk your double cream to stiff peaks. 7) In another new bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and icing sugar until combined. 8) Pour the melted Kinder chocolate into the cream cheese mix and whisk until combined. 9) Fold 3/4 of the whipped cream into the mix. 10) Pour the cheesecake mix onto your base and smooth it out. 11) Refrigerate it overnight. 12) For the ganache, add the Kinder chocolate and double cream to a measuring jug and put it in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 13) Stir the melted chocolate gently and allow it to cool, then pour it over the cheesecake. 14) Pipe the remaining whipped cream around the edges of the cheesecake. 15) Place a few Kinder pieces on the whipped cream for decoration. 16) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 17) Enjoy!

If you're not a fan of cream, you can substitute it with either mascarpone, or try fage if you're going for a "healthier" version lol! The mascarpone adds such a unique flavour, I love it! That's how I make my famous white chocolate no bake cheesecake!
