As a student with ADD who hates school, I can confirm that this works. By falling in love with the future that working hard in school will bring me, I can remain more focused and motivated with school.

Social media has made us hooked to it for so many years. We see it as a medium where people compare their lives.

I think having focus is a skill that can be learned and then mastered. It's something like learning to play a sport. Yes, maybe you can play the sport, but if you want to be a master at it, then you need to practice, practice and practice. I think this is where most people get it wrong. Focus isn't something that's binary. It's not like you either have it or you don't. Think of it more like a muscle. The more you train it, the stronger it gets.

Too much focus affects our life. Make a video on it. I've seen focus is amazing but what about the waiting part- PATIENCE. I am chasing the dream of becoming a sports presenter and I'm focused on it every single day from last 6+ years but yet to get a chance. These days its tough to wait and be patient about it. I feel as if I'm way too much streched in this part of my life.
