Wow. You touched on some very big topics in this short update. Most notably, about identifying with the illness. So many people underestimate the power of what we identify ourselves with. We become what we identify as or what we identify with. I definitely understand your mind on this. I've hit this wall in the past, and I had to purpose in my heart to identify myself with the version of me who i wanted to be, the version who is well and good and not schizophrenic. I wasn't the illness, nor was it mine. It's a mental struggle. Therefore, how I mentally perceive myself matters. There's so much that could be said on that alone. Also, lack of motivation, that's a good topic too. It’s also not a bad thing to take a break when you feel you need a break. Too much stress at once can break you, so it's not a bad thing to take a break from the stress before it breaks you. You can't help anyone if you're broken. So, taking care of yourself is not a failure. I say, good for you! You took some needed time for yourself. Stay solid. Keep pushing forward 💪 Good stuff 👍

I'm learning how to write in english but I want to say that I don't think this isn't a excuse, I think you should do the things at your time, I believe you're going to help us with your videos but you need help and respect yourself and your time.
