Delicious and easy cauliflower and broccoli recipe. When I was in Turkey, I was taught how to cook a very tasty vegetable casserole. Now this cauliflower recipe has become my favorite. This recipe for cooking vegetables does not take much time, and the dish is quick to cook and it turns out very juicy and fragrant, and all my guests like it!
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli 1 piece (500 gr)
Cauliflower 1 piece (500 gr)
1 pepper
5-6 tomatoes
1 onion
3 eggs
300ml milk
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
50 ml vegetable oil
130 gr flour
100 gr cheese
salt
1. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
2. Put in a mold, mix
3. Cut pepper tomatoes and add to cabbage
4. Cut the onion and fry in a pan until golden brown
5. Put the onion on top of the vegetables
6. Mix and beat eggs, salt, milk
7. Add flour and vegetable oil and beat
8. Pour the liquid mixture into the vegetables
9. Finely chop or grate the cheese and sprinkle over the casserole
10. Bake at 180°C (350°F) 40 minutes
