Baphomet, the most powerful boss in this game. Not because of its attack patterns or its large health pool, but for its ability to summon the UKposts gods to smite the pc with it's Demonitization hammer.

It's kinda telling that the fake final boss appears to be fighting rather half-assed for final boss standards, which hints that it ain't the true final boss. The fact that it's Belphegor, the demon that represents Sloth, makes it even more fitting.

I played this game at Pax South, the people at that booth (devs) were really cool and because it was the last day and everything was coming to a close, After I beat the demo they gave me a painting that was hung up above the tv they seemed to just let folks draw on if they manage to beat it They just flat out gave the whole painting

I had a blast with this game...got all the endings, my only issue with the game as a whole was the fact that most of the bosses were incredibly easy compared to the rest of the game.

I've seen some overly gruesome grotesque retro indie games like A Robot Named Fight and Super Cyborg. But after seeing Infernax? It's definitely over the top. I really like each one of the freaky cutscene and i do wish some of the bosses' in-game sprites were more extra accurate to them, like the color scheme. Also that censorship on final boss totally came out of nowhere and it made me laugh there

I actually like to think that Necro (the necromancer zombie in the barn) is based off Bob the Necromancer from Berzerk's earlier game Zombidle, who is an undead necromancer with a zombie army that starts the game out by attacking barns and farmhouses.

I have never played this game but one thing I have noticed about the Alastor boss fight if I had made this game is the stone walk ways would get smaller and smaller the further the player go into this monster lair...would have been a bit more of a challenge huh and you would have a certain amount of time to beat him before you fall into the acid water below or get eaten by the monster itself

I would also like to know. After play through, I maxed all the stats and had 20k Gold .I'll admit at one point I only picked up coins when they were kind of in the way, but +90k is weird

I accidentally stole the treasure in the church and also let Remus the skeleton live. Is the ultimate good ending locked out for me now? I defended the masoleum in katski but now the other guard in the garrison won’t initiate the other cult quests.. does saving random soldiers help towards this?

No, there is a hidden morality system, the ultimate ending is locked by doing even 1 evil deed, same as the ultimate evil ending, where the only good thing you can do is vanquish the basement demon for the power up.
