I’ve recently celebrated 4 years sober back in May but it wasn’t until I found people like Sadhguru and started doing yoga 2 years ago that I became truly happy for the first time since being a teenager. I’ve since explored many spiritual traditions and continue to do so and I’m at a place I never thought I could be. I recently just found this man, and I can literally feel myself changing into a healthier human being. They should start these teachings in our younger children! Just think how much easier it would be learn the correct mindset. How wonderful it would be to handle situations with the correct tools. We would see the beauty in things.Understand things are a choice.

Children don't have to be taught how to be happy, healthy human beings - harmony is the natural state of existence. Children only learn to be unhappy, stressed out, neurotic adults because they are taught to be that way by adults who are themselves that way.

What a beautiful idea. Is this something you could potentially organize? It reminds me of Master Paramahansa Yogananda's telling of the Ranchi school he founded in Autobiography of a Yogi. So next best thing to do is, instead of pushing kids into competition if we let them just tend to care for a few plants or if possible take them closer to nature once a week, children will automatically pick up things from nature and learn intuitively.

alieghbali : I do listen to Sadhguru each night w/headphones all night while sleeping. Secondly I qualified to earn time and resources in a mentoring program. They helped me build a case for myself to see if I could qualify and if the mentors could help me. Been going on 5 years in a very high level of association, accountability and commitment. It’s been awesome. I did about real mentoring about 40yr ago. I was distracted and dropped out. I was vetted after seeking my mentors out. But for the Grace of God they gave me & my now wife a chance at holistic mentoring. Financial Independence In a more sound and ongoing income is also something I’ve known was a better route for me since the 1970s. “Better equipped more than ever before.”

I use to take everything personally, and believed everything bad happens because of me . I found sadhguru videos from october 2018 and completed IE in Nov18, then went for mahashiratri. I was like why I found my guru so late or why I was not aware of Isha earlier. Now enrolled for Sadhanapada and waiting for the Guru Poornima. Till date there is not a single day that I dont watch his videos. Everyday i watch videoes and follow him.

Many a times listening to Sadguru's speech itself makes me deeply meditative.. At times I fall into a nap and after I wake up I feel so relaxed. This might look absurd but it is a fact and I just love it

Thank you Sadhguru! I do not know whether its disrespectful to say that nothing you say is new to me. In a sense that i find this is something i feel is well rooted in us as humans its just that most of us do not see it until we do. and i have spent my whole entire life questioning why i feel how i feel and couldn't understand that there are people in this world who understand the world. What i find enlightening about you is that you somehow translate my inner questions, and brings me to a better understanding of the self. when we can see past our distractions, we we enter the boundless the funniest thing about this topic, I shared some advice to a friend of mine about inner management a few weeks ago. and it sounded like this... it makes me happy that i could share something that you resonate with! Im grateful to you. i listen to you everyday from 2 years now. Youre all beautiful.

As a child i have always been curious to understand the dynamics of pain and sufferings especially when we have soo many spiritual Gurus who have shown us the path to living a truly happy and blissful life and yet so we are flanked by sufferings at every junction of life...my fascination lead me into a series of intense and painful experiences...that forced me into isolation and turn inward...i have been able to level up my perception and consciousness through transcendental meditation practices and I wonder why we humans have been forced to live life in vicious cyclic patterns...i really wish if we all could integrate and experience the multidiverse benefits of Transcendental Meditation Practices...this is the key to living a truly meaningful and purposeful life consciously in a state of bliss...I am not quite sure why this is not part of academic curricula...and never endorsed as a way of human life...

I have been practicing his mediation techniques for 5 years, every day without fail. My life has completely transformed. I have had the blessing to spend days on end with Sadhguru, as he led yoga programs I was in. This being is the real deal. If you are inclined to spiritual matters, Sadhguru will ground you firmly and effectively on the path.
