I hit my first 180 that night I played on my own for solid 9 hour. Didn't chuck another dart in years but that night learned me how to play even now today I can hit odd 180 if I play for an hour. Not had a mad night in probably 8 year. I've got 2 grandkids now but at his age when all he's doing is celebrating we a few beers and a kebab in sure even 4 hours sleep a night is plenty. Like footballers ppl say they need a rest I could run all day every day in my 20s and I wasn't getting 200+k a week. Worlds gone soft mate
