Chateau Beach Residence. Great penthouse, location and views. Value great among Sunny Isles penthouses. My #2 choice among them since I learned Turnberry will be blocked soon on the south side as it is blocked by Porsche on the north side.

Those railings aren’t high enough with kids and pets. 😅 I’d be terrified someone is going overboard. Me too because I’m afraid of heights. 😁
