He reveals the answer in his descriptions of the objects- Go back to the statue. He describes it as introverted, introspective, severe, narcissistic, maudlin. He repeatedly uses the word severe to describe things. He says he knew he wants to live in stone. He can express things so eloquently not because it’s inherently deep or complex or difficult, but because he lives his truth and has an honest relationship with himself and the things he owns is merely an extension of himself. If we all lived out truth, no matter how different or weird or pseudo intellectual it might seem, we would be able to be as eloquent

I mean just look at them! They are pieces of art, masterfully designed. My client have a large coffin statue like that but it has wings. His security, helpers, and even outsiders can often see a spectral woman dancing around the coffin calling out to them. Ain’t no way I put something like that in my own house.
