Inside Messi's Porsche Tower With Supercar Elevator

The Porsche Design Tower is one of the nicest apartments we have ever visited, and is currently home to World Cup winner and the ultimate GOAT Lionel Messi. The Miami apartments are the ultimate beachfront residence and the number one feature is its supercar elevator.
Drivers ride up the elevator in their cars and are placed into their own "garage” on their floor. Apartments in the tower can cost anywhere from $4 million to $32.5 million! Sergi had to check out the building made in collaboration with Porsche, to see what made it one of the nicest places to live in Florida.

What do you do when one of these cars catches onto fire inside the elevator or in parking area? Pool can leak and with massive hurricane with earthquake, it is in high risk area.

That actually could be an insane disaster. Do you leave the car? I don’t recall seeing much wood in the condo. It appears to be mostly stone, aluminum, and steel.

@@michaelsasso13 I'm sure the enclosure is highly fire rated and has a good fire suppression system, probably gaseous and powder. the kind of cars they would put on display are old school and prone to catch on fire for no reason, plus EVs are very difficult extinguish. The insurance premium must be insanely high for that building. Aluminum and light gauge steel framing have no chance, they will go first.

A venezuelan youtuber did the same thing in that building, talking about Messi too, but he had to delete the video because the administrations's tower didn't like it, they even charged a fine to the owners of the apartments where he arrived.
