Hey Jason. Happy Sunday. Does the yacht 🛥️ come the home 😂😂? Like the elevation. Wait. That 1st bedroom with the circular tub didn’t have a shower? That 4 seater area is cozy. Large dining area. Very comfy family room. Love that island and seating. Stop it. Wireless 🛜 countertop charger 🔌. Cozy breakfast nook. Unique stove indeed. Not a big backyard but it has everything needed. Kitchen/dining/lounging/pool/jacuzzi/dock. Great size guest bedrooms & en-suites. Primary is lovely with access to the backyard. Love the en-suite. 2 waterclosets? 🙌🏼. And 2 closets. I’m just realizing this is a 1-story. Amazing for us orthopedically challenged folk 😂. I didn’t see the laundry. Watching again. I miss things with my long a** comments 🫤😂. Thanks for the tour. 2 million dollar home on a 7 million dollar piece of property. In Florida it gets you 1/2 an acre and in Montana it gets you 1000+ acres. Not to mention just wait for the first hurricane, good luck with insurance

Insurance on new construction homes is less expensive than regular homes. City regulations such as elevated foundation height (flood prevention), mandatory impact windows (hurricane proof), etc… cause for cheaper insurance premiums.
