I live in Portland and I just adopted my black (so soft and fluffy too!) from the Oregon Humane Society and he is literally the SWEETEST cat I've ever had the pleasure to call my baby. so let it be known! there are absolutely wonderful kittens/cats available for adoption! PLEASE DON'T buy your animals from pet stores and (most) breeders!
