Ordered one of these Dev boards and and excited to start developing a new wearable powered by it. I picked this platform due to the ease of use with zephyr rtos, the fantastic selection of connection options, and the power you get for such low current consumption. Can't wait to get started! Nice to see you active answering questions on UKposts too.

Does the new 53 dual core allow halting the main app CPU while the networking CPU run uninterrupted.?

Where can I find a sample project to build artefact for nRF5340 from Makefile ?

We do not have any sample projects for this. Zephyr is a CMake-based system so you must use Cmake to generate the build files. You can read more in the Zephyr documentation about application development: developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/2.0.1/zephyr/develop/application/index.html

I want to use it in a follower robot project. Do you know how I can get AoA or AoD and what can I program it with?

AoA/AoD is supported by nRF52833 and nRF5340. On one end you need an antenna array, which can be bought by a 3rd party or you can reach out to a Nordic sales representative for recommendations. In our nRF Connect SDK you can find sample project for Direction Finding, one for transmission: developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/direction_finding_connectionless_tx/README.html and one for reception: developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/direction_finding_connectionless_rx/README.html

I am sorry for telling you this ,but you must work on nrfconnect ide , it does not download and install properly and manual installing is like one thousand kilometers running

Did you try with TCM (Tool Chain Manager) app in nRF Connect for Desktop? This is the easiest way to get the nRF Connect SDK to your computer when running Windows or macOS. If you still have issues, please reach out to our tech support team on DevZone: devzone.nordicsemi.com
