Hey PJ, how are you doing? Hope you’re good and fine fit healthy. When going through release note and their website, Apple sometimes I mean most of the times in iOS 17 did not give the clarity in updates. They just say bug fixes and improvement and this update is recommended for all the users, so I don’t know what bugs are they talking about, but there are lots of bugs, including volume dimming, bug, voiceover, not working properly, especially automatic language, detection, bug, et cetera, and if we go through their Security content website, also they did not say what kind of security updates they are giving
