they do it to cut costs on their iphones. By removing the charging brick and earpods, apple gets to keep their prices the same, and more importantly this year because of all the changes to the iphones. They also do it because they want to be environmentally friendly by 2030, and yeah, thats kinda annoying since its usb-c and another reason is because half the time people dont use it so they throw that stuff away... imagine getting rid of a charging brick (long story short people suck)
