Tips would be great about what to watch for. Like the tiny magnets around the mag charge. I discovered several stuck to the back of the glass removed. Also take care of the copper wire that surrounds it, easy to snag and cut.

You should take the screen glue back so that when you peel off the glass, it prevents scratches on the screen

The same thing happened to me, it broke from the back like this video, I took it to be repaired, but the indu who repaired it told me, that I had to also change the display of the front screen, because it breaks when repairing the behind, is that true? or only my diaplay was stolen since if it worked well, it was only broken on the back!

No. This is purely an outer replacement and not internal hardware. If you were to replace the storage unit deeper inside the phone, then yes there would be data loss, but this is just a glass replacement and not a replacement of the internal parts.
