Hi! Was wondering if you’ve ran into this problem. My volume up button & mute/silent mode buttons do not work after rear glass repair. My guess is the wireless coil was damaged since my power and down button work. My question is should I just change out the mute/power flex cable (removing motherboard and battery of course) or should I go ahead and change the wireless coil also? I am not sure which would correct the issue

How did you remove the battery tabs? Did you heat up the back of the phone to remove the battery sticky tabs?
