It's common to have some defects in any smartphone or any smart device in general. But I hope brands don't differentiate on service based on pro or non pro models. Great information for iPhone users. I am also an IPhone user and I realised suddenly my phone started giving me less battery backup, then I figured out that it was due to I started using silicon cover in past week which was heating my phone very much and yes it also decreased my battery health by 3 percent.

So a better decision would have been to send a friend or family member of yours who doesn't make an appearance in your videos. That way we could have known how they actually treat a normal customer who doesn't have any influence on social media.

Plus, if you get some part replaced ie battery/screen etc, its as good as a new and because the processors are very good, the phone adds a minimum of another 2 yrs to its life. This is better than buying a new phone after 3-4 yrs if someone is not willing to spend.

I feel the experience all matters on how the service centres react to our problems. I myself have issue with my iPhone 11 in regards with the wifi connectivity but none the less, they still could not figure it out and the only thing what they do is resetting the device. Whereas I’m facing this issue since I bought it but not yet solved till date and it’s been 42 months since I purchased. I have only been to official apple service centres only.

I live in Kolkata, two years ago I wanted to buy Macbook Air M1. First I went to Imagine store Park Street. There The sales person didn't give any type of discount other than Card discount and their behaviour was also not welcoming. Then I went to B Premio store at E Mall, CR Avenue. They were very cooperative and explained every detail to me. I told them It was my first apple product so kindly help me with understanding the OS. One salesman spent almost half an hour with me explaining everything. And apart from the card discount they also gave me extra store discount.
