Nicolò Santorsola i’m really surprised with my nova 5t. It was not like this before. The firmware update makes it more power efficient. This device is 8months old and I think I made a good work in taking care of the battery, only the charging time takes longer than usual.

@@Zeibiz what update are you talking about?I have a nova 5t for almost a month and my battery resists for like 5 hours with power saving mode.When I watched this video I thougt my nova 5t has something wrong... In the first week of having this phone,the battery resisted even for almost 8 hours with normal mode but now i don't know what happened.I was pretty impressed of the battery at the beginning,but now I have a different opinion.I think if I use it like you did in this video(full brightness etc.),I think I can barely get 4 hours.I'm pretty disappointed with nova 5t because of this thing. Should I wait for an update or something? Please help me if you know something.

I used this phone. For almost a year. Most impressive battery life of any modern smartphone I've ever used. I ended up missing Google services enough and decided to shell out the extra buck for a flagship. Went for the Mi 11 ultra, big mistake. Awesome specs but fails miserably in the battery life department. Especially for me coming from the nova 7i. I should have gone for the S21 ultra instead :(

There's no point if you buy it for not playing games. Cuz the best part in this phone was only the a13 chipset. If you are a non gamer then get iPhone x.

Keep in mind that this "not bad" value has been achieved without a SIM card. The SE2 supports two SIM cards and honestly I wouldn't wanna be trapped with such a phone in an emergency.

@Justine Rain FC It is faster in terms of raw cpu and gpu power but the Kirin 810 is newer and has the state of the art npu which has the edge in AI

@Justine Rain FC if I were to pick based on the chipset only the Kirin 980 seems more attractive. The Nova i7 has a better battery and is the newer phone which guarantees software update for a longer time. Plus I'd go for the Nova 7i as it doesn't have Google services. The Nova 5T is still a very attractive choice though.

@@rbj812haz7 Dark mode actually consume more battery in phones with IPS LCD like the 5T because the backlighting isn't turned off like OLED.

Don't use Game Mode, because that will force your phone run in performance mode. Disable Game mode and you will see a different. I never turn on Game Mode while playing games because I never feel lagging when gaming ( Pascal Wager , Grid Autosport, and Mobile Legend ( All game in best graphics setting) )

It’s advisable to always use power saving mode. This will help you save battery thought out the day.
