"You are sleepwalking and need to go back to bed" is all I need to hear to get me to say OK, turn around and go precisely back to bed. Others may need to be guided but apparantly I dont.

It would shock me if someone woke me up when I sleep walk I’m already anxious, really confused and disoriented. It’s like I don’t know where I am and I’m trying to work out where I am and then im happy I’m I. My room. Such a weird feeling. It happens a lot when I’m stressed.

My friend is a sleepwalker and i have a few different stories He always stays over so we've witnessed all of these One is where he drank bleach/cleaner in his sleep. When he wokw back up, he was in bed, but he told me and my cousin his mouth tasted weird and that he felt sick. We went to the kitchen and found a halfway empty fabuloso bottle Another instance would be wear he stood over my friend, with a knife, IN HIS SLEEP muttering the words: "ella...i made soup for you, Ella." And when she got up to move he started running out of the house, unlocked the chain AND the deadbolt, and ran all the way to the mailbox Im not a sleepwalker so i don't know how these people are able to navigate like this.

My wife once got the living room remote and hid it under her pillow. I heard her get up, but i just thought she was going to the bathroom, or going to get a drink so i just rolled over and dozed off .. until we got up and then she went to make the bed.. she moved the pillow an said aloud "whys the remote under my pillow?" I told her that i heard her get up but she had no recollection of getting up.. shes gotten better and hasnt sleep walked several years. But it can be strange.

My consciousness is below 1/4th the ability when I "sleep walk" I can see, navigate the terrain and find what I'm looking for. In general its activated by glutinous urges, such as finding something to drink or eat. And I generally remember everything when ever I start walking. But I am completely blacked out if I grab something off the night stand like water or food. I have like zero reasoning or mental ability to function as an adult during these night time adventures to find what I'm craving. Lol.

Im a sleepwalker and can confirm its impossible to wake up a sleepwalker. Ive done EVERYTHING in my sleep...Ive eaten, worked, fought, had sex, tried murdering someone who threatened me....All this and never woke up. Reality gets intertwined with the dream realm so in the same way you dont think before acting in a dream, that transitions to reality so the person is 100% unpredictable. Never yell at them or touch them, just calmly talk to them. The sleepwalker knows they want to sleep so its not hard to convince them to go to bed.
