Isn't that an oxymoron? A giant tiny house? That shouldn't even be a thing. It defies the definition of a tiny house. Tiny houses are TINY hence the name. They are NOT GIANT.

Tiny houses are actually built like houses... So has real walls with real insulation and will last a really long time. While you can maintain it, choose to renovate it, etc. just like you would any house because the construction, materials, appliances, etc are all the same... Where legal, some can even be taken off the wheels and placed on a foundation because they tend to be built to meet or exceed the building codes, even though they don't have to... While a RV is only built for recreational usage, most are only meant for use up to 4 weeks out of the year and are just more comfortable than a tent and would never meet any residential building codes... But if you want to be mobile a RV is better because being minimally built makes them very light weight, and they are more disposable and you won't be as concerned about damage while traveling. While a tiny house tends to be heavy like a house and thus much harder to move regularly and better for staying in one location as much as possible. Along with being something you can treat as a home and be more invested in...

I would think this is built with permanent in mind, you know built to last .Nothing cheap like most travel trailers.

When I bought my house I put in a short, detachable cat run from the house to an outdoor rabbit hutch, which houses the litter. Much better than having it in the house.
