Following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's dramatic announcement that they will be stepping down as senior members of the royal family, we debate whether racism in Britain is to blame.
Crisis talks are taking place today at Sandringham. The Queen, Prince Charles, and Princes William and Harry will meet face-to-face to work out a solution to the wish of the Sussexes to "step back". It's the first meeting between the four since last week's announcement which took the Palace by surprise.

My idea is that they just felt they couldn't cope. It was all too big and too much for them and they could not get it together often when people feel overwhelmed, they trash those around them, especially any institution. This is what happened I believe it's a lot to be thrown into and rather than asking for help which they would've received by the bucket load They threw it all back at the institution that they felt was creating these problems for them because they couldn't cope with it. It does take a lot to adjust to a new office and new life and new husband and new whatever. They had too much on their plates, and instead of addressing it, honestly they decided to, make it all the Royal problem not theirs but the royal families they couldn't even cope with dealing with the fact that this was their problem and there's a loan. For certain they had all the support, the love, the generosity etc. that they needed from the public as well as from the Royal family, it's understandable that it was too big and too much for them to be able to cope with and so they lashed out

If you understood correctly the point he made about exotic DNA, you would realise he meant it was "exotic" as far as The Royal Family are concerned, as she is literally the 1st woman who is Bi-racial to marry into The Firm. Afua Hirsch is a very aggressive & angry woman. I agree with Piers views 100%. He is not remotely racist. He is very fair & always sees both sides of the argument. Afua asks what he thinks of the British Empire. Why bring that up? It no longer exists as Piers pointed out & what happened was no fault of anyone alive today. Afua looks for racism in everything. I don't care where anyone comes from, what colour their skin is. We have moved on & sure there are racists in our country as there are everywhere else in the world, but Britain is not a racist country.
