Volk was perfectly fit and he trains throughout the year. A camp wasn’t gonna do anything other than increase his cardio which he didn’t need to use. He got caught and Islam executed a perfect headkick that went over his hand. Makhachev beat Oliveira (who was seen as unvincible) and Volk in a short span of time. Now he has knocked out Volk who would've been considered the GOAT if he went on to win the LW title. People can insult these Dagestani's and other Russians all they want.
