Just realized how the ref tried to make them up the ante. Kudos to him. I remember Romero complaining that all Izzy did was to run. Romero was the one who refused to engage until the fourth round. By that time Izzy knew he was leading and could afford to be evasive.

This was such a disappointing fight. These two are absolute beasts and as such they gave each other a little too much respect. They were afraid to commit to anything, and mostly walked around and looked at each other the whole damn match.

Izzy is unbelievable, with the scrawny stature he's absolutely amazing, the way he breaks you down and how he's able to defend against takedowns here.. Romero was right to be cautious and depend mostly on counters, would have lost if he came all out.

Why is the ref telling them to fight when they are clearly fighting at the highest level? It always amazes me how intelligent people think they are when they have no idea what they are talking about.
