To make Sundae cake:
Choux pastry:
Milk - 100 g
Water - 100 g
Flour - 120 g
Butter - 80 g
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Egg С0 - 3-4 pcs. (look at the consistency of the dough, the number of eggs depends on their size)
Cream Sundae:
Milk - 500 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Corn starch - 40-60 g (the more starch, the denser and thicker the custard base)
Butter - 160 g
