Because in our setting of online media and short attention, quick and shallow humor, Joel goes unrecognized for his work. I’d put him in the vein of Tim Robinson, hopefully he’d take it as a comment, but similarly his type of humor goes unappreciated for his drawn out jokes and tendency to try to make others uncomfortable.

Not a huuuuge fan of that dealer pressuring the table to ride that stallion up top. With Gossamer's Rule flipped up, you don't always have pot odds in this spot. You see this situation all the time - I've heard it called Dickie's Dilemma up north, but usually we call it the Texas Two-Step around where I play.

Does this casino not have a pit boss? Also, the dealer is wrong. Gossamer's rule only comes into play when there is a complement pair of either the same suit or "doubies" (for example a 5 of hearts and a 5 of diamonds)
