Mix well.

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
350 g of cottage cheese.
2 eggs.
8g vanillin.
50-100g sugar.
Beat well.
2 tablespoons of semolina.
Mix well.
Add the apricots to the curd mixture and mix.
Line a 20 cm baking dish with baking paper, grease and dust with flour.
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Place the quark filling in the middle of the dough.
Place in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
