People already appreciate them. The thing is that in kpop, most views are "bought" through advertisement. Baby Monster's debut for example had about 100M views bought from publicity, and only the rest was organic from people who genuinely liked them and went to their YT channel, or YT recommended through the algorithm, without the channel paying. Itzy's Born to be almost didn't have any publicity besides tik tok or IG reels, so these 15 million just on UKposts are all organic!! They are already being appreciated. Don't trust numbers on the internet cuz there are many groups with big numbers and few fans lollll

Many fanbases actively boycott and spread hate. New listeners think it's weird to like itzy because of the open hate train that's been going on for years. On top of that there's no ads. Which means pretty much all the views come from people actively looking for itzy content. The fanbase is stable and growing slowly. Don't let the views stop you from liking great music. Personally itzy is my comfort group, I tend to listen to their songs to improve my mood. They are also one of the few groups I can use the entire discography on shuffle for workouts or running, they have so many different sounds that it never gets monotonous. I also like their messages, it's all about positivity and self love.
