I think the reason why you say US economy is a failure, is because it has reached its limit, we all know minority of people owns majority of wealth. Jack's point is he is a kind of person that keeps social wealth temporarily, unfortunately, some American families never realize that, they keep the wealth permanently in their pocket, that's why you see it's very hard to start up your own business in traditional industries, unless there's new concept thing coming out like 90s internet, then there would be new rich people.

Totally agree with what he is saying, not because of his financial status - but because I too was once in a position at a younger age when I wanted to grow quicker than how creative i was able to think and no one in my immediate circle was thinking like me, i did not know where to go to get access to the type of actions and knowledge that had thought out my mentality in going forward and still today even with the Internet it's still hard for Young People or anyone with aspirations in not doing the norm to find immediate access to ethical knowledge in going forward. Shame that most only listen to him because of his financial status - this is one of the reasons their are more imitators in this world than there are innovators. The plan is a long one, not a short and near sighted one! #Introverts #Winning

Robert Antwi its more of operating a business than an idea. the future client that i asked already agree to do business with me if i had it setup. over 40 business client that is. those business owner been there for at lease 25 years or longer.

***** Ok well there is a big lesson to take from your situation so far. You will be more valuable when you can bring a better proposition to the table. I suggest you find a service that you can package together and then focus everyday on at least putting that offer in front of 10 people a day, making a history of the exact steps you took, said, did and see which where more profitable, Then step back look at the most profitable line of conversation you use to generate profit and start using that line to converse with 50 - 100 people a day. Your building your own capital to go ahead and then focus on the business where the bank or investors could not make sense of how you would of been able to pay them back. Your take away is to be able to learn how to generate cash flow for anything you want. Package something that helps your intended person, that you can offer a service for and then ask for payment. Mr. Ma certainly lives in LaLa land. I bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from both Amazon and Alibaba and I say, how can one compare them at least so far. Alibaba as a whole is certainly not a scam but there is no match there with Amazon. He talks about efficiency, well Amazon has that, it took me months of pain to buy from China and in the end I didn't get exactly what I needed. Alibaba has a long way to go to meet basic quality and efficiency standards.

different business model Amazon is B2C (business to customer) model Alibaba is B2B (business to business) model Alibaba's Taobao website is C2C (customer to customer) model, aka ebay model only Alibaba's Tmall website is B2C (business to customer) model so you should compare Amazon with Alibaba's Tmall

Ha obtenido una gran fortuna a la vista esta y todos, o quizás muchos le alagan por su "intelecto" pero que pasa detrás del telón? detrás de las cámaras y de los medios los que seguramente puede comprarlos y de echo así lo hace. Y lo que pasa es que cientos de miles de "empleados" son esclavizados en condiciones infrahumanas trabajando 13, 14 horas diarias quizás mas quien sabe, con supervisores con armas. En algunas ocasiones vigilando para infundir miedo, atemorizar a su familia etc cobrando nada mas que comida o unos miserables dolares. Desde luego es un honor para mi! comprar en Alibaba unas zapatillas Nike que fueron fabricadas por un humilde chino que los fabrico con sangre. Bravo!!! por tu éxito Jack Ma!! eres un ejemplo a seguir...

Chinese people have learnt so fast from western developed countries. More than 100 million Chinese people travel outside of China every year. They keep learning English and western cultures. Unfortunately, millions of foreigners who still don't know china has totally changed and will dramatically develop in the future. Now many Chinese younger generations they can speak english very fluently. However, western young generations they cannot understand Chinese at all except "Xiexie (Thanks)". This is very sad when China dominates the world economy.
