It began with a crazy sandstormon around the Mayan Warrior Bus so there were not that many bike-riders following us when it was my turn to start playing live. But with every second of this wild desert sunset, more and more people joined our stage. In the end I couldn't even see the end of the crowd. I am so thankful to everybody who faced the sandstorm and danced with us in the dust. You guys and mother nature created a very special vibe, which I will never forget. In dust we trust :)

Blomqvist began his musical career on the guitar, which he still uses to develop his songs today. As a teenager he was a member of a punk band, but was fascinated by electronic music from an early age. After graduating from high school, he moved to Berlin at the age of 19, where he first began studying aerospace engineering and then mathematics. He gave up his studies in favor of a music career. From 2003 he focused only on electronic music. . And became an electronic music Master.

This is one of those concerts that every time you see it you are going to wish you were a part of it. I don’t know why but it already feels like this belong to good old days in distant past where everything was better, but it has only been 3 years. If I’ll ever get old I’ll put this masterpiece on and remember what being young was like, watching all those people dancing around living the moment to its fullest. People with beatiful clothes and cool moves, all those couples in front rows dancing and kissing, dancing ladies on stage, desert views, bikes going around, light shows, sky getting slowly dark, beatiful melodies and vocals from Jan… Absolutely in love with everyone and everything about this. Masterpiece.

mistura de sentimento ao escutar esse set, raiva por não ter escutado antes, felicidade por hoje, loucura ver esse espaço desse tamanho, serenidade por não estar sobre efeito de nada e mesmo assim curtir o som, diversidade da galera curtindo sem se preocupar com nada e ninguém, apenas dançando, queria que aqui no Brasil fosse assim também, sentimento de paz também invade forte em alguns momentos, uns sentem diabo na eletronico, eu posso sentir Deus, que deu esse dom para esse rapaz ganhar sua vida.. enfim, que mistura de sentimento.

My top five artists of all time! Your music has such meaning! During covid, as a nurse I use to put your music on before walking into the hospital and it calmed me and helped me get through. @@SuperPegMegthe mud was fine. I DJed for my camp the entire 48 hour shelter period playing stuff like this. It was so chill and magical. Then the double rainbow came out. There was this moment on Monday night like this after everything had dried and it was just as magical as this was.

WOW. This is the single most important piece of music I have ever discovered… Epiphany!! I stumbled across this 6 months ago and it has completely captivated me since. I just can’t escape my desire to listen to this. I’m 41 and have loved music my whole life, but this is different! This speaks to me on a whole different tangent, it finds its way all the way to my soul!!xx I cannot think of any music that affects me in this way. just one when I was at school was Pink Floyd. Radiohead too. A fter hearing Jan this Sept 2022 i was lucky to get a 2nd tier ticket to a gig he played in London. The night was amazing. I went on my own. What a beautiful crowd at Koko 🙏🙏💖💖🎶🎶

Out of the blue, my Dad came across this set and shared it with me. Was a bit skeptical, but after the first 30s I knew this guy was the real deal. After replaying this set countless times, we finally got to see him in Ibiza 2 weeks ago. He didn’t disappoint - what a legend this guy is.. Thank you Jan Blomqvist for the amazing music.

There was such a crazy dust storm before Jan started. Couldn't see a thing, but I could hear the music. Mayan Warrior emerged out of the dust. Absolutely incredible to be a part of it!

Normally I never reply on UKposts, but last weekend I was at Pleinvrees in Amsterdam and I had the chance to see Blomqvist live for the first time. It was really amazing. The whole atmosphere of the festival, the weather, the people, and Jan Blomqvist performing. I think it was my best festival ever. I also met more Blomqvist fans who also went to this set at Burning man in 2019. So happy I saw him live and it will be not the last time!

I remember diving off of our church of the open mind, church ART car when I realized what was going on and running at full speed towards the Warrior to hear Jan!
