As far as ik, almost everyone in the japanese volleyball team be it playing VI or ones on the bench hit the gym regularly, take a balanced diet and are pretty buffed as compared to their indian counterparts. So, i can't see india being physically advantaged over the japanese.

Miyaura also played in previous world championship in place of Nishida when he was injured but have to improve our indian team as japan roght now is really on another level and addition of Nishida is like making them a great team.
