the cpr prank was nasty, but people really do sometimes vomit during resuscitation and they can choke on it resulting in dangerous aspiration pneumonia. this is one reason crash carts have suction machines and breathing tubes on them.

It seems the notion of PRANKS in Japan differs from that in the West such as America, Europe & some S. America like Argentina & Brazil. You can get away without any troubles in Japan, but not so in the western countries due to the disparity in customs /or cultures. Those people in the west who were pranked will most certainly get angry & so retaliate on those people by beating, &/or end up going to the court for their emotional as well as physical damage for sure.,,,,,,Regardless, I've been entertained by that amusing & hilarious video. In other words, the western pranks are more benign, whereas Japanese ones are more malignant or a bit merciless & brutal,( thus those ones is implausible to happen here).
