This song only requires 2 octave and 1 note, and that's not wide at all in range, especially the song uses falsetto at too end which is still low for soprano.

Miss Madeline She’s one of the most technically skilled singers on the planet. 👍 Songs are written to trigger emotion and tell a story, not to showcase technical ability. John Lennon for example. Relatively simple voice but told story through the melodies he wrote. He’s considered one of the greatest songwriters/artists of recorded history.

Miss Madeline and if you listened properly anyway, in many of Jessie J’s tracks recorded she has great technical ability and range beyond most artists.

If it's close to Whitney is a failure. That's why I don't like covers of this song from other singers. It may be excellent from Whitney but imitation never sounds authentic. Jessy has a unique and superb voice but it seems that this is not her authentic voice. This happens subconsciously, singers think its safer not to wander off the original because they falsely believe that it can't be sung in any other way and still sound great. The only singer that sings this differently is Dolly Pardon and for some reason I like it even more than Whitney's. I think Dolly is the only singer that has sang it in a truly different way. Don't get me wrong Jessie's technique was immaculate but still it's not her.

The production for The Singer show has always been top notch. The musicians, the lighting, the crowd, the stage - all PERFECT. I have seen Dimash in other shows and yet I think the closest to perfection he has ever been was when he sang in this show in 2017.
