I'm too old to be familiar with new music, but now I've seen him on a couple of shows, and I'm impressed. I'm a difficult fan - I love southern rock but seriously dislike country. Yeah. Chris Stapleton certainly has my attention. He just seems authentic, and I think young people today appreciate authenticity in artists. You can't ad-lib like that by faking an inherent musical talent. He's the real deal, and he's got a good sense of humor. 🙂 I'm easily old enough to be his dad, and I'd be a proud papa if I were.
