To understand the concepts, MIT open courseware is great. 6.S094 is a great lecture on deep learning. Other than that just working on projects to build experience is the best way to get started.

Also reading research papers can be very helpful if you want to dive into the deep end of some algorithms. This videos uses a program called EbSynth which actually doesnt use any ai to create the video sequence.
