Wham is one of those Antagonist that you can't hate. Not because of a sad/tragic past that justifies his actions or anything so that we can tolerate or sympathy with him, but because of who he is and because of the moral standards that he holds. He's hands down a great character. When usually villains toy with heroes or consider them as the lesser ones or such, Wham is one of those villains who respects the hero and consider them as an equal to duel with. Definitely one of my favorite character.

Even though Whamu was one of the most powerful antagonists Jojo had at the time, I could not find myself to absolutely hate his guts. He upheld his warrior code up to the very end. There was no need for tears. Whamu deserved that final salute. I really want to see more shows have this kind of moment between protagonists and antagonists. It's just manly as hell.

大塚明夫さんの渋さあってこその 漢ワムウだと、俺は思ってる。

As emotional as is this scene was, I couldn't help but crack up when Wham launched himself at the vampires with the crossbow and drilled through them like something out of Gurren Laggann (2:11-2:21).

Joseph, that's a really manly and bad-ass speech and all, but that is a LOT blood to lose before the final battle.

I enjoyed Sword Art Online and all, but how the hell did it gain more popularity than this awesome, bad ass and tenacious show for anime of 2012?

Too be honest, this has to be my favorite moment in JoJo, especially when Joseph is about to drink the antidote. Perfect song complimenting the moment too.
