School here means "a group of fish", this is a collective noun like "flock". So the joke contains a pun.

Hello! well i'm not fluent but i will try to explain :) will be: means the fruit is not poisoned yet but someone is going to poison the fruit in the future. would be: means that there's a possibility of this fruit being poisoned, the person is not sure about it. i hope it was clear, feel free to ask if you're still struggling!

I don't get the joke about a snail and a turtle. Can anybody explain it to me me?

it means" when snail was on the turtle's back, what does it say" , Snail was like " Yeah" to express snail was so happy, Because snail is slower than turtle . "Back" means a part of your body, was behind you :) Hope ya got it :)
