The whole transfer NIL thing needs better structure, and some sensible rules implemented. The schools that can’t afford the going rates are going to struggle.

QuikTrip and Buc-ee's are playing the same sport, but they're not really competing against each other. Buc-ee's are far and few between, located off interstate highway exits and some state highways. They target the traveler, not the local, and you'll be more likely to encounter a Buc-ee's while on a road trip. QuikTrip's on the other hand are plentiful within the cities they serve. QuikTrip's will be located every few miles within a community in order to offer convenience to local people as they go about their day. So @LateKickwithJoshPate doesn't really have to choose. You can commit to both, just depends on where you are.

Two windows is fine. But unlimited transfers is… something else. Each team should only be able to take in 2-3 transfers per year. Players should only get 1-2 transfers in a career, and maybe at a certain point of time dedicated to one school, none.

The SEC rules should be revisited. SEC schools should be able to take kids for in conference teams. It's beneficial for a lot of the kids who are from the south who aren't getting opportunities. Instead, they have to move half way across the country to transfer.
