more like a big brother, than a father. jin was himself a teenager when he must have begun his journey- since jungkook came at 13, and jin was already in the company, so he must be around 18,, he was extremely young himself, but took care of even younger jungkook and members. being a 'father' figure is a rather tasking and responsible job for a struggling teen himself, plus they're a sort of a someone who the person wants to grow up to be, ig. jin and jungkook were on the same boat and i feel their brotherly love is visible when they bicker☹️

Jungkook said suga is the father figure. Both jin and suga cared for jungkook when he joined bts. Jin more physical with his care with cooking and taking a young jungkook to school

He's got Rhinitis So he is sensitive to smell. He says hobi smells like vanillas so he likes to be around him or hug him . He loves attention from his brothers and sulks when not given. He sometimes spaces out into his own world. He is just damn cute and bangtan finds it hard to not baby him lol.

The verb "to mother" someone refers to the act of caring, feeding, grooming and cuddling in a manner which is mother- like. It has nothing to do with the person's gender

If I said that Jin punks Jungkook would you interpret me as calling Jin a punk? Come on, don't overanalyze a simple statement that was meant to compliment one of the sweetest idols in the world!! "To father" someone usually has a different connotation anyway. It is usually used when someone advises and protects in the way fathers of old would. "To be a big brother" usually has the same connotation as "to father" with the added component of camaraderie and friendship. The edit was not showing any of these behaviors.

I would object as well for being called something feminine if I'm male. That is NOT what I was doing. If Jin has an objection to going on A Run and I see a clip of him rapidly moving forward moving one foot after the other, I would say that he's running which describes the action. I doubt that Jin is thin-skinned enough to be offended by that.
