Jurors and alternates seated in Trump trial as man sets himself on fire outside courthouse

But there was a disturbing scene across the street from the New York courthouse as a man set himself on fire. He is reported in critical condition. NBC News' Laura Jarrett reports.

One of the most painful injuries that one can ever experience is a burn injury. When a burn occurs to the skin, nerve endings are damaged causing intense feelings of pain. The body involuntarily gasps in pain causing the fire to enter into the lungs.
