Everybody roasted the shit out of this badly behaved kid (at the time) but his exiting words reached my heart. I felt that this was someone very sorry and honest and struggling to do his best with the fame and the life he was handed. Then he made the Purpose album, I listened to it, and I felt like finally he was making more mature music that actually was really good and no longer just manufactured generic teen heart throb bubblegum pop songs only. The Roast and his Purpose album changed my mind completely about him. I wanted him to succeed in life ever since then. I listen to his music daily ever since his Purpose album. And I want every success and happiness from now on. I think he is incredibly, talented, mature, and good-hearted. If he doesn't deserve to succeed, no one does. And that's what he means to me now.
