If you see during his purpose tour, he lost that control. And that’s why he quit the tour and left the stage scene. The audience truly abused him, handing him phone numbers, gifts with random hate or random love letters. He was trying to be nice as he asked them to keep quiet during his performance because he wanted to talk about what was happening in his personal life because he was in trouble. But... they didn’t listen and kept shouting. They took advantage of his kindness and he left in the middle of the concert.
